In a bold move to enforce environmental regulations, the Lagos State Environmental Taskforce apprehended 84 suspects during a thorough cleanup exercise in Agege on Friday.

Commissioner for the Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, confirmed that the operation focused on high-risk areas known for environmental violations.

He reiterated the state's commitment to a zero-tolerance policy on such offenses, ensuring that the suspects will face appropriate legal action.
