The ongoing feud between American music stars Nicki Minaj and SZA has intensified, with the R&B singer firing back after the rapper claimed superiority in global musical success.

Tensions flared on Tuesday night after SZA seemingly threw shade at Minaj, prompting the rap icon to launch into a fiery rant on X (formerly Twitter), targeting Top Dawg Entertainment (TDE) executive Punch and asserting that she has performed in countries where SZA’s name holds no weight.

Nicki also bragged about her international dominance and longer list of achievements, stating that her global impact far outweighs that of the “Snooze” singer.

In response, SZA clapped back by posting a screenshot of alleged messages from Nicki Minaj’s team requesting a collaboration, twice.

She went on to point out that Minaj had once rapped her lyrics on the track “Feeling Myself”, referencing the line: “Cooking up the bass looking like a kilo.”
