Shooting Stars SC secured a 2–1 victory over Rivers United FC in a rescheduled Matchday 28 fixture of the Nigeria Premier Football League at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Ibadan.
The win lifted Shooting Stars to sixth place on the NPFL table, while Rivers United remain top of the standings.
Shooting Stars will face Wikki Tourists next, while Rivers United travel to play Ikorodu City on Sunday.
