Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo has called for public support in a renewed crackdown on fake pastors and other religious figures allegedly involved in criminal activities.

The government urged residents to report individuals using religious platforms for fraud, extortion and other crimes, saying the move is part of efforts to restore order in the state.

Authorities assured that information from the public will be treated confidentially as part of ongoing security reforms.
