Inspector-General of Police, Olatunji Rilwan Disu, has congratulated fathers across Nigeria on the occasion of Father’s Day, commending their contributions to family unity, social stability and national development.

In a statement, the IGP praised fathers for instilling discipline, integrity, hard work and patriotism in their children, describing their role as vital to building a peaceful and prosperous society.

He also paid tribute to police officers who balance the demands of law enforcement with their responsibilities as fathers, wishing all fathers good health, strength and fulfilment as they continue to shape the nation’s future.
