The Ondo State Police Command has warned cult groups and other criminal elements against any planned gathering, procession, initiation or celebration linked to the proposed “7/7” cult activities.

The command says security personnel have been deployed to flashpoints and other strategic locations across the state to prevent any breakdown of law and order.

Police spokesperson Abayomi Jimoh said special squads have also been directed to intensify patrols, surveillance and intelligence-led operations to maintain peace and protect lives and property.
