Nigeria and Germany will hold high-level bilateral consultations in Abuja today to review existing agreements and explore new areas of cooperation in trade, investment, renewable energy, security and technology.

Foreign Affairs Minister Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu will host her German counterpart, Johann David Wadephul, as both countries seek to strengthen economic ties, promote skills development and expand collaboration in science, innovation and green industrialization.

The Federal Government said the talks will further deepen the longstanding strategic partnership between Nigeria and Germany for the mutual benefit of both countries.
