Ahead of Saturday’s Osun State Governorship election, a faction of the Peoples Democratic Party in Osun State, led by former governor Olagunsoye Oyinlola, has endorsed APC candidate Bola Oyebamiji.

Oyinlola said the decision followed concerns over alleged lack of inclusiveness in Governor Ademola Adeleke’s administration, stressing that the group remains PDP members and is not defecting to the APC.

He urged Oyebamiji to run an inclusive government if elected, while the APC candidate welcomed the endorsement and pledged to prioritise the interests of all Osun residents.
