The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, will tomorrow hold a World Press Conference and National Stakeholders’ Meeting in Abuja to mark 100 days to the 2027 General Election.

The commission says it will provide updates on the voters’ register, candidate nominations, logistics and measures to protect the integrity of the polls.

INEC Chairman, Professor Joash Amupitan, is expected to address the gathering alongside political parties, security agencies, civil society groups and other stakeholders.

The meeting comes as preparations intensify for the 2027 elections, with the presidential and National Assembly polls scheduled for February 20, while governorship and State Assembly elections are fixed for March 6, 2027.
