Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle has handed a late invitation to Rostov midfielder Ibraheem Mahfus Ajasa for Tuesday’s international friendly against Russia.

Ajasa replaced Bright Osayi-Samuel, while captain Wilfred Ndidi and Akpe Victory have also withdrawn.

John Otomewo and Vince Osuji have been drafted into the squad as replacements.

The Super Eagles have begun preparations for the clash, scheduled for Tuesday at the Nizhny Novgorod Stadium in Russia.
