Lagos State Deputy Governor, Obafemi Hamzat, says Africa’s major challenge is not a shortage of innovative ideas but the inability to scale them to benefit millions of people.

Speaking at an event in Lagos, Hamzat called for stronger public-private partnerships, reliable infrastructure, predictable regulations and adequate funding to accelerate digital development and expand technology-driven solutions across the continent.
