The General Officer Commanding, Division 2 of the Nigerian Army, Major General Auwalu Mahmuda, has charged troops of the newly established 321 Artillery Regiment in Iseyin, Oyo State, to remain vigilant and decisively tackle security threats.

Mahmuda gave the directive during his first operational visit to the regiment’s temporary location, highlighting security concerns around the Old Oyo National Park.

He said the regiment’s establishment would strengthen the Army’s capacity to address emerging security challenges.
