The Lagos State Physical Planning Permit Authority, LASPPPA, has sealed more than 45 buildings across Eko and Ifako-Ijaiye districts for alleged violations of planning regulations.

The agency said 25 properties were sealed in Ifako-Ijaiye and more than 20 in Eko over offences including lack of building permits, unauthorised remodelling, excessive building density and deviations from approved plans.

LASPPPA said the affected owners had earlier received contravention notices but failed to comply, urging them to visit its offices to regularise their building documents.
