President Bola Tinubu has arrived in Ankara, Türkiye, for a state visit aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two countries.
He landed at Esenboğan Airport yesterday evening and was received by a Turkish delegation led by the Minister of National Education, Yusuf Tekin.
The visit, which will focus on security, education, social development, innovation, aviation, trade, and investment, includes high-level meetings, signing of memoranda of understanding, and a business forum to explore mutual investment opportunities.
The trip is a reciprocal gesture following Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s visit to Nigeria in October 2021.
