Arsenal have reached an agreement to sign highly-rated 17-year-old Salford City striker Will Wright, according to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano.

The Gunners beat competition from several clubs to land the teenage talent, with paperwork currently being finalized. An official announcement is expected in the coming days.

Real Madrid Pull Out of Deal for Ajax Starlet Ouazane

In a separate development, Real Madrid have backed out of a deal to sign Ajax youngster Abdellah Ouazane, according to Marca.

The Moroccan youth midfielder had been strongly linked with a move to Los Blancos as a free agent this month, but the Spanish giants have now withdrawn, for undisclosed reasons.

Ouazane’s next destination remains uncertain following Madrid’s sudden U-turn.
